Our Walks
At Precious Paws, we specialise in creating and maintaining sociable, balanced, and fun daily group walks.
We firmly believe that your dogs walk time is their time!
Our walks are off the beaten track and in beautiful, natural surroundings, allowing your dog time to relax and just be a dog! To run, sniff, roll, play and swim with friends. With myself established as the leader and all dogs fully comfortable with eachother, this allows the focus of the walk to be on the fun and adventures ahead!
At Precious Paws, integrity is at the heart of everything we do! We're very transparent and we don't cut corners! We welcome dogs with GPS trackers and activity trackers and are happy for you to monitor your dogs activity with us whenever you like.
When you join Precious Paws, your dogs place is secured within their group. This means you never have to worry about there not being a space on the walk for your dog. But, most importantly, the routine of daily walks with the same walker and a balanced group of dogs allows your dog to thrive! They will build real relationships and long lasting bonds with both myself and their friends on their walks!
We have a very low turnover of dogs, with most dogs coming to us as young pups or timid rescues. By joining well socialised, balanced groups, new dogs quickly gain excellent social skills and confidence and often go on to stay with us throughout their life stages.
To enable us to ensure group stability we require your dog joins us for at least four walks per week between Mon-Fri. (with the optional extra of access to the Saturday Morning Club as and when you require it)
Please note, for the safety and security of our dogs, we do not walk any aggressive dogs or dogs with a bite history.
How we Travel
At Precious Paws, your dog is treated as a Family member, and how we travel is no exception!
No vans! No crates!
Instead, we have a large SUV with air-con for the summer and heated seats for winter. Everyone has lots of light and space, ensuring your dog travels in style and comfort!
In the back, we have a fitted, extra thick orthopaedic memory foam dog bed, layered with luxuriously thick, soft waffle blankets and topped with ultra absorbent and soft noodle drying mats.
The back seats have the same luxuriously soft blankets and noodles mats too!
All dogs have quality treats and are offered fresh water after every walk.
Everyone has a window seat. Everyone is safely secured with seatbelt clips. Everyone is happy and settled for the journey.
With great fun, comes great mud!
Whilst we are passionate about your dog enjoying their walk to the fullest, we don't believe in bringing the dirt home with us!
That's why we always have two warm water dog showers on board, ensuring all dogs are washed as required after each walk & dried with individual, extra soft microfibre towels.
We also provide each dog with their own personal drying coat. This ensures your dog arrives home clean, cosy warm, and as dry as possible, after even the worst of what the British weather throws at us!
We Celebrate the wins!
At Precious Paws, we recognise that every dog is unique. That's why we celebrate the wins for each individual dog!
When your dog does something exceptional for them, (which could be anything from a puppy mastering recall, to a mature dog overcoming a fear) they will be presented with a Precious Paws Award! for you to keep. (Along with some lovely treats or a toy!)
As Precious Paws has a wonderful group of like-minded dog owners, you'll find them also genuinely cheering your dog on and celebrating your dogs wins on our Social Media pages!
This is the real beauty of Precious Paws! As we focus on creating long term bonds for your dogs, each dogs' Family gets to know, love & celebrate each others dogs too!

Bears' Legacy!
Whilst all of the animals in our care are very fortunate to have fantastic, loving families, I am painfully aware that not all animals are so lucky!
As part of Bears legacy, Precious Paws donates a minimum of 5% of revenue from all walks, Pet Sits and cat visits each month to local charities and rescues.

In Bears honour, we also organise and take part in group charity walks. These are fantastic, informal, fun filled days, which all are very welcome to join!
