Yes. We are fully insured with Cliverton, the UK's number one specialist insurance for Pet care services. 

I am also DBS checked and Pet First Aid Certified for your peace of mind.  

We walk up to 6 dogs at a time in established, stable, balanced groups. 

We service Neston, Little Neston, Ness, Burton & Parkgate. We limit the areas we service to keep all dogs travel times to a minimum.

When you join Precious Paws, our agreement is subject to a one month trial period for you, us, and of course your dog! If, at the end of this period all parties aren't 100% happy, there's no obligation to to stay with us.

If you need to cancel a walk, simply message or call us. For walks cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, no charge will apply. For walks paid in advance, you will be given the choice of a refund or credit for your next walk. 

For walks cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the walk will still be charged at the standard rate.

I have a fantastic, very experienced dog walker who provides holiday cover for me. You will always be given plenty of notice of holidays, and always given the choice whether or not you'd like your dog to be walked while I'm away.

Please note, for your privacy and peace of mind, we never upload photos of your pets in or around your property. 

You can join our waiting list. If a suitable space becomes available, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
